More Summit Church Open For Warming, Shelter

Two churches in Summit are now open for warming and shelter. Renaissance Church, 2 Kent Place Blvd., has power and will open today from 1:00p.m.-9p.m. according to Paul Madsen from Renaissance Church. "We have heat, power for phones or computers and most importantly Coffee. We will have some snacks too," he said.

Madesen stressed that the church is "open for any one in the community to take part in."

31 Woodland Ave., will host a Community All Saints Service at 5:00 p.m. with a free dinner at 6p.m. "All members of the community are welcome," according to member Beth Kinney.

They are also serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to the public and served approximately 400 people breakfast this morning, Kinney said.
