The speakers scheduled to appear are Dr. Elizabeth Fagan (Mayor of Summit), Delia Hamlet (Summit Councilmember), Matt Bitter (Navy SEAL and Summit resident), and 1st Lt. Michel Horn (American Legion Commander). The Summit YMCA will distribute free refreshments on the Village Green after the ceremony, the City said.
