A Mentor is a trusted and experienced individual willing to make a four-year commitment to provide coaching and advice to an urban student attending one of our 5 college-preparatory high schools. Throughout the academic year, events are held to bring Mentors and students together in a group setting. This year for instance, mentors and students interacted at breakfasts and lunches at the schools, a group bowling trip, holiday parties, pizza parties, a Career Fair and Virtual Events on topics such as, College Planning, Everyday Banking and Resume Building.
