Summit Public Schools Earn 33 Grants Totaling $183K From Educational Foundation

The Summit Educational Foundation awarded the district over $183,000 in grants this fall.

SUMMIT, NJ — Summit Public Schools were recently awarded 33 grants by the Summit Educational Foundation for the fall.

The Summit Educational Foundation is a nonprofit created by Summit residents to add more funds to the public schools encourage creativity and innovation. This fall, SEF awarded grants totaling $183,192 to Summit Public Schools.

There are two grant cycles each year, Fall and Spring, and educators and administrators have an opportunity to request grants that benefit struggling learners, gifted students, and everyone in between.
