Summit Residents to Receive National Citizen Survey

City of Summit gets funding for citizen satisfaction survey.

This week, 1,200 randomly selected Summit residents will receive a mail survey asking about experiences and preferences related to a wide range of local services.

Authorized by Common Council and fully funded through a generous grant from the Summit Area Public Foundation, the survey will be conducted on behalf of the  by the National Research Center, Inc. The final report is scheduled to be received in April.

The results will be useful in assessing the level of citizen satisfaction with delivery of services and understanding which services the public considers most important.
