Taste of Town to Celebrate Local Flavor and Support Veterans

The event will be held on November 6th at the Summit Elks Lodge 1246 from 7 - 10 pm.

The Summit Elks Lodge is proud to announce The Taste of Town, a one-of-a-kind culinary event that brings together the best of our community’s restaurants, cafes, and food makers; all in support of a great cause.

The event will be held on November 6th at the Summit Elks Lodge 1246, 40 Maple Street, Summit, NJ. Guests will enjoy an evening filled with signature dishes, creative bites, and delicious drinks from some of Summit’s favorite local spots.

Already confirmed for the event are Brownie Points Bakery, Farinolio Summit, Fiorino Ristorante, La Pastaria, Piattino, Serra Doce, SQR Pizza, Summit Greek Grill, Sweet Nothings, Tito’s Burritos, Winberries and Zappias - with more being added each week. From savory specialties to sweet treats, the Taste of Summit promises something for every palate.

Not only is this a chance to sample some of the best food Summit has to offer,” said Exalted Ruler, Henrik Patel, “but every ticket purchased helps support our Veterans Committee, which provides vital resources and assistance to the men and women who have served our country.

  • Space is limited, so community members are encouraged to purchase early
  • Ticket price is $125 per person and includes all food and beverages

Restaurants and food businesses interested in joining the Taste of Summit can still sign up to be part of the event. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your menu to a large local audience while supporting a meaningful cause.

About the Summit Elks Veterans Committee

The Veterans Committee of the Summit Elks Lodge provides year-round support for local veterans and their families through community programs, outreach, and resources. All proceeds from the Taste of Summit go directly to supporting these efforts.
