Water Main Break In Summit, Police Say To Avoid Section Of Summit Ave.
Summit Avenue is closed in both directions on Wednesday due to a water main break, according to police.
SUMMIT, NJ — Summit Police Department is advising residents to avoid Summit Avenue between Ridge Road and Deforest Avenue on Wednesday due to a water main break.
Police said Summit Avenue is currently closed in both directors.
A detour of traffic will be in place for the next eight hours, police said. Drivers should expect traffic congestion in the area.
