Free Sunday Fitness Classes at Springfield Avenue Store

Take advantage of the last complimentary yoga class of the month at . Starting at 9:45 am on Sunday morning. The class is led by Crystal Paone of  and takes place inside the store at 402 Springfield Ave.

Clothing display cases get pushed to the side and the area near the store entrance becomes a yoga studio. Yoga mats are provided by the store.

In February, the store will replace the yoga sessions with crossfit classes.
