Bergen County Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Spa Customer

TEANECK, NJ — A Bergen County man is facing charges after authorities said he sexually assaulted a customer at an Allendale spa.

Dequan Cedeno, 35, of Teaneck, was charged with sexual assault and sexual contact following the incident at Hand and Stone Spa, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release.

According to authorities, Allendale police contacted prosecutors on Saturday about a possible sexual assault that occurred that day at the spa. Investigators later determined Cedeno sexually assaulted a female customer while he was giving her a massage, prosecutors said.

Police arrested Cedeno on Saturday. He was taken to Bergen County Jail pending a court appearance.
