Bicyclist, 10, Hospitalized In Hit-And-Run Crash In Teaneck: Police
A 10-year-old boy riding his bike was left hospitalized in a hit-and-run crash, police said.
TEANECK, NJ — A 10-year-old boy was hospitalized after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver while riding his bike, according to authorities.
The boy was hit Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Sagamore and Garrison Avenues in Teaneck, police Capt. Seth Kriegel said.
The driver, who was described by witnesses as a Hispanic woman approximately 30-40 years old, is still at large, and the investigation is ongoing. She was last seen fleeing north on Garrison in a white sedan, Kriegel said.

After the approximately 3:30 p.m. crash, the boy was sent to an area hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries, police said.
