The following announcement was submitted by the Friends of the Hackensack River Greenway:  The Friends of the Greenway is having a bird walk this Sunday, April 28 from 10-11:30 at Indian Pond in Andreas Park. It will be led by Don Torino, President of the Bergen County chapter of the National Audubon Society. Indian Pond is adjacent to the Hackensack River which is part of the Eastern Flyway.  There are a great number of migratory birds this time of year.  Bring a pair of binoculars and join the fun.  Meet in the parking lot of Andreas Park which is off River Road near West Englewood Avenue.
