Four Face Drug Charges After Selling Oxycodone to Undercover Detective

The four suspects, ranging in age from 18 to 29, were arrested in Elmwood Park Monday.

Authorities say four individuals from Passaic County were arrested after selling Oxycodone pills to undercover detectives in Bergen County.

According to Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli, Sophia Treich, 18, and Anthony Jimenez, 24, both of Totowa, distributed Oxycodone pills and Xanax bars to an undercover detective from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force in Paramus earlier this month.

The same detective then made arrangements to purchase Oxycodone pils from Jimenez in Elmwood Park on March 16 and arrested Jimenez, along with co-conspirators Sophia Treich, Anthony Mangione, 21, of Little Falls, and the alleged Oxycodone supplier Anthony Ferguson, 29, of Paterson.

Jimenez and Treich were each charged with one count of distribution of controlled dangerous substances, namely Oxycodone and Xanax, and possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, namely Oxycodone.
