Hit-And-Run Victim Identified In Fatal Teaneck Crash: Prosecutor
The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office has identified a hit-and-run victim in a Teaneck crash.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Prosecutors have identified a woman struck and killed by a vehicle Thursday evening in Teaneck.
Bernadita Garcia, 70, of Englewood was struck by a vehicle just before 7 p.m. on Thursday and was pronounced dead later at Holy Name Hospital, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office on Monday.
The crash took place near the intersection of Cedar Lane and Lincoln Place, they said.

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Fatal Accident Investigation Unit is investigating the crash and looking for a suspect, they said.
