Road crews have blocked the right lane of Route 4 eastbound through <a href="https://teaneck.patch.com" rel="nofollow">Teaneck</a> and <a href="https://englewood.patch.com" rel="nofollow">Englewood</a>, leading to traffic delays on the highway. Delays extended through Teaneck, from Queen Anne Road around noon Wednesday. The closures continued near the Teaneck-Englewood border from Teaneck Road.  The state Department of Transportation did not immediately provide details on the delays. Check back for updates.
