A three-vehicle accident forced the closure of Route 4 west between Teaneck Road and Congress Avenue late Friday morning. The crash involved at least two SUVs and left debris strewn across a section of the roadway. Teaneck firefighters, police and the Teaneck Volunteer Ambulance Corps were called. Authorities did not have any serious injuries at the scene.
