An agreement to study a potential merger of the Bogota and Teaneck police departments was formally executed today, Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli said.   "I congratulate both the Township and Borough for their efforts to provide the best law enforcement services for the residents of Teaneck and Bogota and for providing same at the best available costs," Molinelli said in a statement. The prosecutor's office will use $30,000 in seized assets to pay for a review of combining the two departments.  ﻿
