A new operator has been found for the shuttered Cedar Lane Cinemas in Teaneck, and the theater is set to reopen in the coming months. 

Dennis Gralla, a real estate consultant for the landlord, said the new tenant signed a lease Wednesday and the landlord would countersign shortly.

Police: Bus Driver Pulled Baseball Bat on Competitor in Teaneck

Bergen County Police have charged a 19-year-old jitney bus driver with pulling a baseball bat and threatening a competitor on Route 4 west in Teaneck Tuesday. 

The Township Council is pushing to have the school district and county cover their portion of the town's $2.2 million in tax appeals, northjersey.com reported Tuesday.
