$100K Powerball Ticket Sold In Toms River
It wasn't the jackpot in the $1.787 billion drawing on Saturday, but someone has won a nice prize.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — Someone who bought their Powerball tickets in Toms River for Saturday's drawing won a nice bit of money, even if it wasn't the $1.787 billion jackpot.
A ticket worth $100,000 was sold at the Wawa at 94 Route 70 in Toms River, New Jersey Lottery officials said. It was among 17 tickets sold in New Jersey that won $50,000 or more in Saturday's drawing.
The winning numbers for the Saturday, Sept. 6 drawing were 11, 23, 44, 61 and 62. The Power Ball was 17 and the multiplier was 02.
