2 Injured In Parkway Crash In Toms River
New Jersey State Police said none of the injuries were serious.
TOMS RIVER, NJ — Two people were injured in a crash on the Garden State Parkway in Toms River that slowed traffic for more than three hours Friday morning, New Jersey State Police said.
There were no serious injuries in the crash reported at 7:33 a.m., Detective I Jeffrey Lebron said.
The crash at milepost 82 north in Toms River involved a GMC and a Chevrolet and caused the GMC to hit the guiderail and the Chevrolet to run off the road into some trees, he said.

Both drivers were taken to an area hospital, he said.
The crash remains under investigation.
