Tell us about the first responder and how they serve the community.
He became a volunteer Fire Fighter in 1991 at Station #23 in Brick. He was shown in the article written by the AAP, June 3, 2002, fighting the 1,000 acre wildfire in the Pine Barrens. When he moved to Toms River in 2019, he joined Station #29. Being a volunteer led him to his life-time job as Fire Chief at Kinder Morgan. He has also been traveling to Houston as a volunteer, teaching Fire Fighting for many years. It is his second family. He is the best of the best.
