Learn Stress Management Strategies at the Long Beach Island Branch of the Ocean County Library

SURF CITY – Everybody experiences stress to some degree. Learn strategies on how to manage it and improve your mental health during “Stress Management” at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 20 at the Long Beach Island Branch of the Ocean County Library.
The Long Beach Island Health Department will present this program, focusing on self-care. There will also be an art therapy activity that combines music and art.
Sara Gonzales, a field representative from the health department will be offering a monthly health education class at the Long Beach Island Branch the fourth Thursday of the month at 2 p.m. starting in January 2026. Check our Calendar of Events for upcoming topics.
