Learn What's Best for Your Sleep Health at the LBI Library

SURF CITY – Are you a light or deep sleeper? What does REM sleep mean? Learn all this and more during the program “Sleep Health” at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 18 at the Long Beach Island Branch of the Ocean County Library.

The Long Beach Island Health Department will be discussing the basics of sleep cycle stages, the impact of poor sleep, and tips for better sleep. Learn how to optimize your sleep for better rest and a healthier life.
