Route 9 Reopens After 5-Vehicle Crash In Toms River: Police
The crash brought down wires, the sheriff's office said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Route 9 has reopened Thursday in the area of Swain Avenue after a crash, police in Toms River said.
Multiple vehicles were involved, and the crash brought down utility lines. Route 9 was detoured between Route 571 and Whitty Rd for approximately one hour.
