Ocean County Library Lakewood Branch to Host Courage to Remember Holocaust Exhibit

LAKEWOOD – The Ocean County Library is honored to present Courage to Remember, a traveling exhibit of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, at the Lakewood Branch from January 6 to February 3.

This traveling exhibit uses archival photos to guide viewers through a timeline of the Holocaust experience from 1933 to 1945. The images capture the brutality of persecution and genocide, the danger of complacency, the urgency of memory. Characterized as a tribute and a warning it has been seen by millions on six continents and continues to travel internationally.

The exhibit will be open for viewing all hours that the branch is open. For more information, call 732-363-1435 or visit the branch at 301 Lexington Ave.
