Sandy Fund Gives Makeovers to Seaside Heights Businesses

The Hurricane Sandy NJ Relief Fund has given makeovers to Seaside Heights businesses through the First Impressions Program.

The Hurricane Sandy NJ Relief Fund and UCEDC have given makeovers to 27 Seaside Heights businesses through the Seaside Heights First Impressions Program.

The program offered etail design consultations and implementation grants, which they hope will help Seaside Heights businesses bounce back from Hurricane Sandy and the boardwalk fire.

New Jersey’s First Lady Mary Pat Christie Heads the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund and headed the First Impressions Program.

“The people of Seaside Heights are incredibly resilient -- they continue to get right back up,” the First Lady said in a press release. “I’m thrilled that the First Impressions Program was able to give them a helping hand.”
