TOMS RIVER – Join us for an online discussion with acclaimed writer Amanda Peters at 7 p.m. Thursday, November 13. She will discuss her instant bestselling novel, The Berry Pickers, as well as her tender short fiction collection Waiting for the Long Night Moon: Stories.

Inspired by Peters’s own Mi’kmaq heritage, The Berry Pickers is a riveting exploration of family, grief, and the bonds we share. It follows the decades-long aftermath of the 1962 disappearance of Ruthie, a four-year-old Mi’kmaq girl, from a blueberry field in Maine.
