6 Residents Arrested on Warrants by Sheriff's Dept.
County department arrests 81 in November, recoups $316,867 in back child support

Ocean County sheriff's officers made 81 arrests in November, 28 of which were the result of sweeps for those owing child support payments. In all, officers recouped $316,867 in child support arrears.
Of the 81 people arrested, six were from Toms River. Those people included:
- 11/2 – Edward R. Williscroft, 41, of West Whitty Road was arrested by Detectives H. Foltz and C. Vazquez on an Ocean County Superior Court warrant for failure to appear for a domestic violence hearing.
Williscroft was processed, posted bail of $2,500 and released.

- 11/17/ – Michael Erikson, 40, of Tenth Avenue was arrested by Detectives C. Gentile and M. Groesch on an Ocean County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay child support in the amount of $30,545.86.
Erikson was processed and released after paying a reduced purge approved by the Ocean County Probation Department.
- 11/21/ – Carlos Pisciotta, 54, of Second Avenue was arrested by Detectives R. Stark and P. Sickinger on an Ocean County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay child support in the amount of $34,623.86.
Pisciotta was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail pending first appearance.

- 11/22/ – Ryan P. Casale, 25, of Edgewood Drive was arrested by Detectives S. Metta, R. Johnson and C. Watkins on a Superior Court warrant for failure to comply with the Ocean County Drug Court Program.
Casale was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail with no option for bail.
- 11/29/ – Destiny Whitfield, 28, of Tolerance Court was arrested by Detectives/Deputy U.S. Marshals R. Trainor and T. Duffy on a Superior Court warrant for failure to comply with the Intensive Supervision Program.
Whitfield was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail with no option for bail.
- 11/29/ – Tyler Wallis, 19, of Gold Street was arrested by Detectives R. Stark and P. Sickinger on an Ocean County Superior Court warrant for violation of probation on original charges of burglary.
Wallis was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail with no option for bail.
