Traffic Signals Out In Downtown Toms River
The Ocean County Sheriff's Office is urging people to drive with caution due to the outages.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Traffic signals are not functioning in downtown Toms River on Friday afternoon, including Hooper Avenue, the Ocean County Sheriff's Office said.
In an alert the sheriff's office said the signals on Hooper Avenue are out from Terrace Avenue through Water Street.
Drivers should exercise caution in the area.
