The future of Tri-Boro is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Jordan Doty, who are making a positive impact in and around Tri-Boro.
Jordan Doty, a recent grad at Kinnelon High School, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and community commitment through her senior service project, which focused on supporting the Kinnelon Food Pantry. She organized a successful 5k/10k run that raised both awareness and funds for this important local cause, showcasing her organizational skills and passion for helping others. Her initiative not only benefited the community but also highlighted her ability to lead projects that have a lasting impact.
In recognition of her dedication and achievements, Jordan was awarded the prestigious Msgr. John J. Carroll Scholarship in Memory of Gregory Slyfield in 2024. This award placed her among a competitive group of applicants, underscoring her academic excellence and commitment to service. Now attending Boston College, Jordan continues to excel and inspire as she pursues her higher education, further solidifying her reputation as a remarkable young leader in Tri-Boro.
