By Judy Bendar Traffic is building on the northbound side of the Garden state Parkway in Wall and Brick Townships due to a motor vehicle accident that occurred around 2:30 p.m. The left lane of the northbound side of the Garden State Parkway in blocked just south of exit 98 in Wall Township, according to <a href="http://511nj.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">511nj.org</a>. Delays stretch to south of Exit 91 in Brick Township, according to the web site. Rubbernecking delays are also reported on the southbound side of the parkway. No further information is available at this time.
