DWI, Motor Vehicle Theft, Drug Possession: Wall Police Blotter

Wall Police reported three incidents of driving while intoxicated from Dec. 30 through Jan. 2.

WALL, NJ — Wall Police reported incidents of driving while intoxicated, motor vehicle theft, drug possession and more from Dec. 30 through Jan. 2.

Dec. 30
Jese Franciscosolano, 28, of Point Pleasant, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and assault by auto following a motor vehicle accident on Route 35 in the area of Sea Girt Avenue.

Franciscosolano was processed and released on a summons in accordance with John’s Law, which requires police to impound the driver's vehicle for 12 hours following their arrest.

To be released from custody, the driver must also contact someone who will take responsibility for them and ensure they do not drive while still under the influence.

Andrea Santora, 45, of Monroe, was charged with possession of Xanax and drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Allaire Road. Santora was processed and released on a summons.

Dec. 31
Dennis Fay, 63, of Valley Cottage, NY, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on 18th Avenue in the area of Route 35. Fay was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.

Alexandra Jara, 22, of Toms River, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 in the area of Church Street.

Jan. 2
Sparkle Wilson, 44, of Neptune, was arrested in connection with theft of a motor vehicle that occurred on Nov. 29, 2024. Wilson was processed and brought to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
