Everyone is Irish...at the Jersey Shore Irish Festival!

Come out to the Jersey Shore Irish Festival for great food, music, step dancers, bag pipers, beer garden, shopping village, and more!

The 2014 Festival will be held on Saturday, September 6th, 2014 rain or shine in Sea Girt, and promises to be FUN FOR ALL!

Even after you have listened to the great music and took in the cultural exhibits, there’s still more to do. Stroll through the lanes of vendors and shop for the finest Irish jewelry, gifts, clothing, and other unique goods to find that perfect item. Grab a delicious corned beef sandwich, fish & chips, or other festival favorites to enjoy with an ice cold pint of beer. See the smiles on all of the kid’s faces as they enjoy the rides and activities in the children’s area.

Many festival visitors come for the food alone. The traditional favorites like meat pies and fish & chips go beyond the everyday fare and have many going back for seconds. Be sure go grab an ice cold Guinness or Harp to compliment your meal. The food of the Irish Festival was even featured in a food related television show in 2011.

Music

Two stages of bands playing all day long ensure that there is constant musical entertainment for all tastes. The festival features two stages of music all day in addition to ceili and traditional music in the Heritage areas. The Festival provides a combination of local, regional, and national bands playing a variety of styles of Irish and Irish-American music. You can dance in the sun in front of the main stage or sit in the shade with a pint by the pub stage. Either way, you’re sure to enjoy the day. Check below for a list of bands and artists performing at this year’s festival.
