Criminal Mischief, DUI, Shoplifting Reported In Warren

WARREN, NJ — In the past week, Warren Police reported arrests for driving under the influence and shoplifting.
Warren Police Blotter:
On Nov. 23 at 12:26 p.m.: Multiple 911 calls reported a single-vehicle crash with injuries on Mountain Avenue near Cory's Brook Road. Police that a car was traveling west on Mountain Avenue when it exited the roadway to the right and struck a tree. The driver, a 68-year-old from Basking Ridge, was taken to Morristown Medical Center with back pain and facial lacerations. The on-call tow company responded and removed the vehicle. No summonses were issued.

On Nov. 23 at 1:28 p.m.: The owner of Rolf's Restaurant on Stirling Road reported an incident of criminal mischief. Sometime between Nov. 11 and Nov. 19 multiple windows, a door and two outdoor televisions were smashed in the rear of the building. A box truck windshield and side windows were also smashed.
On Nov. 26 at 10:28 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on King George Road, a 33-year-old of Bernardsville, was arrested for DUI. They were processed and released ROR. The vehicle was removed by the on-call duty hook.

On Nov. 27 at 4:08 p.m.: An incident of shoplifting was reported at the Krauszers located on
Stirling Road. A 28-year-old man from Warren was arrested and charged with shoplifting, resisting arrest, and obstruction. They were processed and released ROR.
