Engineering a Great Camp and More This Week in Warren

Remember trying to build cranes and trucks with the old Erector sets, fumbling with tiny nuts and bolts, only to have it fall apart on the first thing you picked up with it?

Today's kids favor more modern—and better engineered toys—for their creations, and LEGOS are among the favorites. That's why special camps at Angelo L. Tomaso School the next two weeks will bring kids and motorized LEGOS kits together, to see what the students can create with the blocks.

We'll be by to get some photos of the creations this week, and also bring you the next feature on finding cheap school supplies—this time, we're focusing on middle- and high-school needs.
