Free Rabies Clinics For Dogs, Cats In Watchung

The Warren Township Health Department and Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission are offering a free rabies clinic next month.

WATCHUNG, NJ — Are your furry friends up on their shots? The Warren Township Health Department and Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission are teaming up to host a free rabies clinic for dogs and cats next month.

The event will take place from 9-10 a.m. on Dec. 3 at the Watchung Firehouse (57 Mountain Blvd.).

Pets must be at least six months old, and dogs must be leashed. Cats must also be in carriers.

State law requires pet owners to provide proof of rabies vaccination for the full licensing year. A pet license won't be issued without such proof.
