Influenza And COVID Bivalent Booster Vaccine Clinic Coming To Warren
The clinic is open to residents ages 5 years and up and will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 7.

WARREN, NJ — An Influenza and COVID Bivalent Booster Vaccine Clinic will be held in Warren on Wednesday. Dec. 7.
The clinic, hosted by the Warren Township Health Department in conjunction with the Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission & Green Brook Family Medicine, is open to residents ages 5 years and up.
It will be held from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Warren Township Municipal Court Building at 44 Mountain Blvd. in Warren.

The following vaccines will be available:
- Influenza Vaccine
- Senior Influenza Vaccine
- Age 5-11 Pediatric Pfizer BIVALENT Booster
- Age 12 + Pfizer BIVALENT Booster
- Age 18+ Moderna BIVALENT Booster
Reservations are needed for both the COVID and Flu Vaccines. Locals can receive both the Influenza and COVID vaccines at the same time. The registration site will be updated to reflect added time slots and dates when available.

Who is eligible to receive a single Bivalent booster dose and when:
- You may receive a Bivalent Booster vaccine if it has been 2 months since your last covid vaccine.
- It is suggested to wait 2 months if you recently had a COVID infection.
- You may receive either vaccine (you can mix or match)

Before arrival at the clinic:
- Consent forms will be emailed just prior to the clinic. Please complete the consent form for each vaccine you wish to receive.
- Please bring your insurance cards to the clinic. Green Brook Family Medicine is unable to accept HMOs for the Flu vaccine. All insurances are accepted for the COVID Vaccine.
