WARREN, NJ — A pedestrian was hit by a car in Warren Township and taken to the hospital for injuries, said police.
On Tuesday just before 3 p.m., the pedestrian was hit while on Mount Bethel Road south of Mountain Boulevard in Warren, said police.
The pedestrian, identified as David Zelmore, 60, of Warren, was taken to University Hospital in Newark with a head laceration, back and neck pain, and other minor lacerations, said police.

The driver was identified as LH Horton, 78, of Newark. The investigation is continuing and no summonses have been issued at this time.
