Truck Driver Charged In Road Rage Shooting In Warren Area: Report
According to New Jersey State Police, the driver of a tractor-trailer shot at another driver during Thursday morning rush hour on I-78.

WARREN, NJ — In what's considered a case of "road rage," the driver of an 18-wheeler is behind bars after opening fire on another driver during Thursday morning rush hour, multiple news outlets reported.
According to NJ.com, the incident took place along Interstate 78 in the area of Watchung and Warren around 8:30 a.m.
Police told the newspaper that the truck driver fired at least one shot into another vehicle, striking the windshield. Fortunately, that driver was not struck by the bullet and contacted authorities.

Troopers told My Central Jersey that they eventually located the trucker driver eastbound on I-80 in Morris County shortly before 10 a.m. the same day.
He was taken into custody.

It was not immediately known what prompted the truck driver to reportedly fire his gun at the other driver. At this time, his name has hasn't been released.
The case remains under investigation.
