Unburdened by What Has Been

As Joe Biden relinquishes his bid for re-election, the Democratic Party prepares to crown a new Queen of the Socialist Machine

On the heels of "The King is dead --- long live the Queen" coronation of Kamala Harris, her extreme far-left socialist agenda reminds us that "if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it just may be a duck".

…UNBURDENED BY WHAT HAS BEEN

SOON KAMALA HARRIS will officially become the Democratic Party candidate for the upcoming Presidential Election. Joe Biden will watch from his basement as the power for which he worked so long to acquire, and caused so much collateral damage to retain, slips beyond his reach like a Chinese “weather” balloon (yeah, sure) sailing over our continent unassailed by anything in its uncertain path. And as Joe Biden fades quickly into relative obscurity, Kamala Harris is about to be coronated as the new Queen of the Socialist Machine. Not known for much outside of her home turf in California, where she aspired to political prominence aided by a series of events that some would describe - to put it in a nice way - as quid pro quo relationships, Kamala eventually rose to positions as the California State Attorney General (2010) and as a single-term US Senator. (2017-2021). After a brief, unsuccessful bid for a Presidential nomination in 2020, she was selected to be Joe Biden’s running mate as VP in the 2020 election cycle. As the Vice President under Joe Biden, Harris has garnered no particularly notable achievements. If she has gained any notoriety at all as VP, it’s mostly for her often indistinguishable “word salad” stump speeches and in particular, for her often repeated meme of what the future can be “unburdened by what has been”. In a strange and most unflattering way, her observation in this regard is not without merit.

Of course Kamala Harris wants to be "unburdened by what has been", for indeed, "what has been" includes her rancid record as an extreme far-left socialist - making Bernie Sanders look like Archie Bunker on steroids. Still other matters from which she would doubtlessly like to be unburdened would include but not be limited to her complete failure as the "Border Czar”; her open support for illegal immigration including housing and free health care for illegals on the American taxpayers dime; plan to shut down Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE); no cash bail, catch-and-release, and no prosecution of violent street criminals; anti-semite rhetoric advocating for Hamas, Iran, and the "useful idiot" college students burning American Flags and chanting "From the River to the Sea”; advocacy of the New Green Deal energy scam, ridiculous EV mandates, and dangerous and unattainable mandates to END the use of fossil fuels; the Biden "Build Back Better" spending debacle (from which nothing has been built, nothing has come back, and nothing is any better); support of drag queen story time in our grades schools, biological men competing in women's sports, and gender reassignment indoctrination of our children; being party to the worst weaponization of our intelligence community and justice system against political opponents (mostly Donald Trump but also many of his supporters) in our history; and lying to the American public in her previous denial of Joe Biden's poor health, highly comprised faculties, and obvious inability to function as POTUS. With all that (and more of the same) on her plate, the anticipated tsunami of high praise and tearful accolades by the delusional main stream media and Hollywood elites, to me, amounts to nothing more than “putting lipstick on a pig”. Maybe I’ll pull that one back to avoid anyone taking it out of context. Instead let’s go with something along the lines of (despite any build-up to the contrary) “If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it just may be a duck” (or possibly a biological pig who identifies as a duck…if that sounds ridiculous to you, you’re not alone). Sadly, some people will still support Kamala Harris for all the wrong reasons, but if in the end, it all comes down to a fair and honest election in which the majority of eligible voters reject the failed and dangerously oppressive movement of the anti-American Socialist/Democratic Party of which Kamala Harris (no better qualified and much further to the hard left than Joe Biden) will be anointed by the shadow government as the new symbolic leader, and instead invest their vote in the most qualified candidate with the right vision, best foreign and domestic policies, and the strength and determination to put this Nation back on it feet, there's no contest - Donald Trump should win and win big. In my view, the surest path for a Trump victory is the one that largely bypasses wasting precious time pointing out Kamala's character flaws (there are just so many of them, it will be difficult at times to resist) and moving the conversation to a detailed comparison of what qualifications and proven experience the candidates bring to the table, where they stand on the issues, and what plans do they propose to repair our Constitutional Republic, our economy, our domestic security, and our status as a world power, all so horribly disfigured by the Biden Administration over the last four years and counting. Of course, the Democratic Party and the main stream media propaganda machine funded by the socialist elite power brokers, will continue to spew out hateful, poisonous, and irresponsible lies and mischaracterizations about Donald Trump - the same kind of shameful political rhetoric that ironically seems to have forged strength and ignited momentum in the Trump campaign but at the same time, may also have contributed in a very dark and dismal manner, to his near-death assassination attempt in Butler, PA, all while they sing (in unison but flat and horribly off-key) the praises of Queen Kamala. It’s wrong, it's disgraceful, and it's cowardly...but to respond in kind would be ill-advised, for those three words are also emblematic of the tragic direction the Democratic Party has embraced in its major drift to the far left ideology that has taken it hostage and may someday soon, be its undoing. In a better world for everyone, the Dems will come back to the center or as close to it as possible - as should some Republicans who are not already there - before it is too late.
