Watchung police and volunteer fire fighters took care of a car that burst into flames while traveling westbound on Route 22, Sunday.
According to police, the SUV became completely engulfed in flames near Terrill Road, at 3:10 p.m.
The vehicle's owner escped without injury, and fire fighters were able to quickly get the vehicle and extinguish the fire.

Police said the cause of the fire has not been determined.
