Ah' Pizz Bringing Authentic Neapolitan Pizza To Wayne

WAYNE, NJ — Ah' Pizza is bringing its wood-fired pizza to the township.
The local pizzeria posted on its Facebook page that it was not able to renegotiate a lease for its Denville location and that it would relocating to Route 46 in Wayne. No specific location was given.
Ah' Pizz has received several accolades and has been named among the best Italian restaurants and pizzerias in New Jersey, including New Jersey Monthly magazine.

Ah' Pizz is known for its authentic Neapolitan pizza. The pizza is made with finely-ground Italian wheat flour, natural yeast, sea salt, and water.
The dough must be specifically kneaded and the pizza baked for less than 90 seconds in a 485-degree stone oven with an oak-wood fired, the pizzeria's website states.
