Annual Wellness Challenge Begins June 20

The Ringwood Health Department, along with Atlantic Health System, are teaming up to present the Annual Wellness Challenge from June 20 to August 4, 2022! The main goal of the Wellness Challenge is for the participants to be more active and healthier, without spending extra money. The challenge will begin on June 20th with a Kick-Off information session at 5:30pm at the Ringwood Skatepark, 18 Boro Pkwy, Ringwood, NJ 07456.

The Wellness Challenge is FREE to participate and all activities are also free. The Wellness Challenge is a fun program for the whole family. Activities include outdoor yoga, hikes and meditation classes, indoor zumba sessions, healthy recipes/cooking demo, and health screenings: skin cancer screening, oral screening, hearing screening and eye screening!!

Instructors from the Essence of Self Ayurveda Spa and the Dietitians from the ShopRite of West Milford are just some of the facilitators of the program.

If you cannot attend the Kick-Off, you can still join at anytime until August 4! You do not have to attend all activities to join the Wellness Challenge. Participate in the activity(s) of your choice and earn wellness points! Attend the Finale on August 4 and enter to win raffle prizes with your points!
