Bullet Holes Found In Vehicles In Passaic Under Investigation
Authorities are investigating a report of multiple shots fired into vehicles in Passaic around the corner from a K-8 school.
PASSAIC, NJ - Authorities are investigating a report of multiple shots fired into vehicles in Passaic around the corner from a school building.
At around 6:21 a.m. on Thursday, Passaic police responded to a report of bullet holes found in motor vehicles near Delaware Avenue and Howe Avenue, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman said in a joint statement. The cross streets are located on the opposite side of CR 622 from Thomas Jefferson School No. 1, a public K-8 school.
At the scene, Passaic police noted the “potential crime scene,” including two motor vehicles that had been struck by bullets. No victims were located.

The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be released once it becomes available, Valdes and Guzman said.
