Locals will soon have a new option for getting their caffeine fix.

WAYNE, NJ – Locals will soon have a new option for getting their caffeine fix.

The menu features organic coffees from around the world and each batch is roasted to order. Customers can select from up to six different coffees to be grinded and brewed.

“It’s all about freshness,” he said. “All of our coffees are from smaller farms and hand picked to ensure quality.”
Cold brew drinks will be served on tap, with four blends available: traditional, coconut, nitro and El Chapo, which, Pettineo said, “is the strongest cold brew out there.”

Pettineo is no stranger to the coffee business - he founded Koffeewagon Roasters in Hasbrouck Heights. He decided to open a store in Wayne because it’s “overall a great town, with a lot of Starbucks.”
“That tells me people here prefer a better coffee,” Pettineo said.
Also, being located on Route 23 gives commuters a chance to get a morning boost, he added.
They won’t “have to wait for great coffee to come to them, now they can pick one up on their way to work,” Pettineo said.
Cabana Coffee Company is located at 1581 Route 23, Wayne.
