NJ Man, 21, Dies After Being Shot Multiple Times: Prosecutor
The shooting happened around 5 p.m. on Saturday, officials said; they found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds.
PATERSON, NJ — A 21-year-old Garfield man was shot dead Saturday evening in Paterson, officials said.
Police received a report of shots fired just after 5 p.m., near the intersection of 12th Avenue and East 24th Street. Arriving officers found the unidentified victim with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office and Paterson Police.
First responders transported the man to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been announced as of Monday morning, as the investigation continues.
