Gas Attendant Killed In Wayne Crash Supported Family In India
Lovedeep Fatra, 22, of Pequannock, was going to leave his job in a few weeks to become a truck driver.

WAYNE, NJ — Lovedeep Fatra moved from India to the United States for a better life and sent money to his family back home.
He was slated to quit his job at the Delta gas station on Route 23 later this month to become a truck driver.
Fatra died doing his job Tuesday when a vehicle driven by an intoxicated driver barreled into him and two other vehicles. Two other people, Jon Warbeck, 50, of Fair Lawn and his 17-year-old son, Luke, of Lincoln Park, also died in the crash.

A GoFundMe page was created this week to raise $100,000 to send back home to Fatra's family. Nearly $4,000 was raised as of Friday morning.
"Please donate," said Harpreet Singh on the GoFundMe page. "[The] family needs the support in this hard time."

The driver of the vehicle, Jason Vanderee, 29, of Glenwood, was charged with three counts of death by auto and aggravated manslaughter and driving while intoxicated, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes announced. He was administered Narcan by authorities following the crash, a police affidavit states.
Vanderee's vehicle was going "at an excessive rate of speed" went airborne as it crashed into a vehicle and went over another one at the gas station, authorities said.
Jon and Luke Warbeck were inseparable and spent a lot of times outdoors together, their family said. Luke was a junior at Boonton High School. Their joint funeral is Sunday.
"It was clear to anyone that knew Jon, that his true passion in life was his son, Luke," Jon's family said in his obituary. "When Luke signed up for the Boy Scouts, it prompted Jon to become a Boy Scout leader."
