Jackpot-Winning Lottery Ticket Sold At Passaic County Liquor Store

The ticket was 1 of 2 that won Monday's Jersey Cash 5 jackpot, and the player will split the almost $862,000 prize.

POMPTON LAKES, NJ — A jackpot-winning ticket for the Jersey Cash 5 lottery game was sold in Passaic County, lottery officials said.

This ticket, along with another one sold in South Jersey, matched all five numbers drawn in the game's Monday drawing and will split the $861,944 jackpot.

Monday's winning numbers were 4, 9, 28, 33 and 44, and the XTRA number was 3. The Bullseye number was 4.

Each winning ticket will receive $430,972, the New Jersey Lottery said. The local player bought their ticket at Krauzer’s Liquor Wine & Spirits (714 Hamburg Turnpike, Pompton Lakes), and the other ticket was sold in Burlington County.

Both retailers will also receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the winning tickets.
