Man Found Dead After Fight Early Monday Morning: Passaic Prosecutor
A 31-year-old man was found unresponsive in a basement apartment after police got a call for a fight at the residence, said officials.
PATERSON, NJ — A man was found dead in a Paterson apartment early Monday morning after police were dispatched there for a reported fight, officials said.
Officers responded to the area of Straight Street and 16th Avenue shortly before 2 a.m. on April 1, said Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer-In- Charge Isa Abbassi. First responders found the 31-year-old unresponsive in a basement apartment.
The man, who has not been identified, was later pronounced dead, officials said.
