Man Nabbed With 99 Bags Of Heroin On Rt. 23 In Wayne: Police
The heroin had UBER written on it in red ink.

WAYNE, NJ — Township police arrested a man after they found 99 bags of heroin in his car after pulling him over on Route 23 Monday, authorities announced.
Michael Paul Cooper, 38, of Florida, New York was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and other drug-related charges, said Detective Capt. Martin Laurence.
Police stopped Cooper's 2006 Chevrolet van on Route 23 North near the Pequannock border Monday night, Laurence.

Police found 99 bags of heroin, 16 hypodermic needles, three prescription pills, and other drug paraphernalia in the van, Laurence said.
Police took Cooper to headquarters, booked him on the criminal charges, and released him on a summons, the captain said.
