Man Missing For 3 Weeks Was Staying In Wayne: Police

Officials said Theophilus Smith was last known to be in Somerset County, back on Feb. 27.

WAYNE, NJ — Wayne Police are asking for the public's help finding a missing man who has not been heard from since Feb. 27.

Officials said Theophilus M. Smith was staying in Wayne Township for a time before he was reported missing. He was last known to be in Belle Mead, and has apparent ties to North Carolina, police added.

Smith is a Black man who is approximately 5'6" and 175 pounds.
